PROOFS
We will Fax, E-Mail or Deliver a copy of your ad for you, the client, to approve or correct. It is the client's responsibility to be available to approve or correct. While MINOR changes will be acceptable, The Courier may apply a charge of $35 per hour for major changes. After the client sees a proof and approves the ad, The Courier will NOT be responsible for any errors in the advertisement. COURIER ART SUBMISSION GUIDE
The Courier's Ad Production Department will accept finished ads on CD-ROM, through E-Mail, or as a CAMERA READY printout. If the ad needs to be adjusted by The Courier, notice must be given prior to the WEDNESDAY- NOON advertising deadline for any given week. The Courier will accept the following file formats: • Mac Quark files • Print Quality PDFs • TIFF images set to 300 dpi at 100% size • JPEG images set to 300 dpi at 100% size • EPS or Illustrator files The Courier will NOT accept the following: • Microsoft Publisher Documents • PC Format Quark Files • Low Resolution JPEGs • GIF files or Web Images • Corel Draw Files • MS Word Documents w/ embedded pictures Any and all questions regarding the above should be directed to: Art Director Denise Reinle Phone: (732) 957.0070 ext 6111
